Some might argue for Thomas Jefferson, FDR, Teddy Roosevelt, Andrew Jackson, etc etc etc. How many holidays do we want to give government employees and post office workers?
I think these two are the greatest presidents. And lawmakers did too. You make a point, we don't want to have too many federal holidays.
